Reworked Blinn and Phong effects (fixed a lot of lighting issues).
Removed duplicate skinned phong effect.
Reorientated scene Z arrows to forward.
Output debug string to the output window for HLSL errors .
Don't pop up the Add Animation Graph is there are no animations .
Removed duplicate Delete menu item.
Fixed up some bogus menu items.

Model parts/materials now use the correct texture when flashing red.
Default GUI Progress bar is now a more convenient shape.
Changed default collide penalty.
Hide texture generator material properties where applicable.
Blinn now the default material for models on shader model 3.0 cards.
Correctly update world transforms.
Changed update balloon message.
